Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Idèlle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at Idellecollection@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
You are responsible for paying the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. We'll then process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at Idellecollection@outlook.com. We'll arrange the exchange subject to availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
